Yes, nighttime can be a trap, too!
Something works differently for everyone, but what I didn’t mention in this article is that after I put my phone face-down on the table at 10pm, I read for an hour or two. I love my reading ritual, so it keeps me from scrambling my brain with my phone too close to bed. I found that if I allowed that to happen, my sleep was less restful.
